How much does it cost?
Classes are FREE, booking is required

What to wear?
Each class is a little different. Information will be sent out to you once you have booked your class.

What to consider when arriving to class?
Arriving 10minutes early to get settled and help class start on time.

What to bring?
We provide water, but if you have a preference, please remember to bring your own bottle.

What we provide?
Exercise mats and a cleaning station are provided. Depending on the class and available resources, we may also offer additional equipment.

Do you need experience?
No. Our classes are open-level. Each teacher/facilitator has their own unique style, which may differ from other Body Remedy classes you’ve attended. There’s no expectation for prior experience this is a space to be curious, explore and try new things.

What does PoC mean?
The term "People of Colour" includes individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, such as Black (African, Caribbean, Afro-diasporic), Asian (East, South, Southeast, and West Asian), Latinx(Latin American), Indigenous (Native American, First Nations, Aboriginal, Māori), and people with mixed hertiage.
We recognise that not everyone is familiar with this terms due to different cultural backgrounds. This is the term we use to best describe who the sessions are for at present.

What does non-binary mean?
It encompasses a range of identities outside the gender binary

What does women mean?
Someone who identify as female, regardless of their assigned sex at birth.
We at times use "Womxn" this is a term used to explicitly include transgender women, non-binary individuals, and people who identify outside gender norms.

What access do you provide?
We aim to choose accessible spaces that support mobility and movement. For online bookings, we provide audio descriptions. We ask about individual needs to determine how we can assist, either through our team or by outsourcing. We’re always learning and welcome feedback. If you need support attending an event, please reach out as early as possible, where feasible.
